Terms and Conditions

Who runs BGT Games

When you register with BGT Games, your agreement is with Jumpman Gaming Limited, which operates our site. Bernadine Group owns the BGT Games brand. In Great Britain, the Gambling Commission licenses and regulates Jumpman Gaming Limited under account number 39175. For customers outside Great Britain, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission is the regulator.

Times in our terms are in GMT. You are responsible for reporting winnings where your local tax rules require it, and we do not give tax or legal advice.

Who can join

You need to be 18 or over, and of legal gambling age where you live, to open an account. Under age gambling is a criminal offence, and we can ask for proof of age at any stage. Each person may hold one account only.

Looking after your account

You pick your own username and password at sign-up and keep them private. The details you give us must be complete and accurate, and you should tell us when they change.

We may ask for documents that confirm your age, identity, address and payment method. If the information cannot be confirmed, we may hold back winnings and suspend or close the account.

If you do not log in for 365 days in a row, the account becomes inactive. We contact you through your registered details before that happens.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account by email and reopen it later on request. The closure happens 72 hours after our support team confirms your request, and logging in during that time cancels it. If a withdrawal is still being processed, we close the account once it is paid.

Closing an account is not a safer gambling tool. If you want to stop playing for gambling reasons, use Take a Break or self-exclusion instead.

Offers and payments

Each offer has its own conditions, including wagering, eligible games and a limit on how much bonus money can be converted. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn directly. We take deposits and pay withdrawals in GBP, the minimum deposit is £10 and you can add up to 3 payment cards. Pay by Mobile deposits carry a £2.50 transaction fee, and withdrawals cannot be paid to Pay by Mobile.

Customer funds

Jumpman Gaming Limited keeps customer money in a client bank account separate from company funds. These balances are not protected if the company becomes insolvent, which the Gambling Commission calls the Not Protected level.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, raise a complaint with our customer care team within six months of the issue. We acknowledge it within 48 hours and give you our decision within 8 weeks of receiving all the information we asked for.

If you are still unhappy, or you have no satisfactory answer after 8 weeks, customers in the UK can take the dispute to eCOGRA, an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution service.
