Who looks after your data

The BGT Games brand belongs to Bernadine Group, and Jumpman Gaming Limited runs it. Jumpman Gaming Limited is registered in Alderney under number 1858 and is the only controller of your personal information while it runs our brand. Its data protection registration is held in Guernsey.

Your information stays with Jumpman Gaming Limited. It passes to Bernadine Group only if Jumpman stops providing services for the brand, and Bernadine Group then becomes the controller. Jumpman keeps data only for as long as the law requires.

Why we use your information

We use your details to open and run your account, confirm your age and identity, process payments, prevent fraud and meet the conditions of our licences.

Who we share it with

Trusted companies help us offer our games, for example game software suppliers, banking and payment services, identity checks, fraud prevention and risk management. We share only what they need. We may also have to give information to the police or our regulators where the law requires it.
